A website for those interested in breaking down cultural and ethnic barriers.

C'mon, Jeff. You forget that while we were moving the new entertainment center into your new family room you suddenly let out a shriek, dropped the thing on my foot, and cried "DAMMIT -- I FORGOT TO SEND A CHANGE OF ADDRESS CARD TO MAD MAGAZINE!!!!"

In a completely unrelated vein: I have had a lingering fascination with the algorithms online retailers use to guess what I'd like to buy based on what I'm browsing at or what I've bought in the past. For example, if I'm looking at the information for a CD by band A, a window will appear that says "If you like band A, you might also like band B." It's getting wierd, now, though. For example, Amazon.com recently added an online clothing store to its offerings, resulting in an odd cross-marketing effort: they look at what you listen to to guess what you might wear. So, for example, when I was shopping for the new Christina Aguilera album... (you have to scroll down a bit to see what I'm talking about.)
